Requirements: Must have similar experience in a warehousing and management role.
Must have valid drivers license
Must communicate well
The following experience are required: Warehouse Management Experience: Proven track record in overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and processes is crucial.
Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with forklifts and related equipment, including understanding maintenance and repair requirements.
Previous experience in a service or technical role involving forklifts is highly beneficial.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, including training staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring productivity.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective team management and conflict resolution are important.
Operational Efficiency: Experience in implementing and improving operational procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high safety standards in the warehouse and service areas.
