Job Title:Warehouse/Operations ManagerLocation:Milnerton, Cape TownSalary:NegotiableKey Responsibilities:Process, capture, and invoice orders.Resolve stock issues with customer care/sales reps.Handle back orders and coordinate with the debtors' department on overdue accounts.Submit daily cash-ups, reconcile petty cash, handle credit notes, and manage monthly receipts (credit card, fuel).Approve and submit invoices and ensure bank deposits.Manage daily operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution: plan staffing, workflows, and space requirements to meet productivity standards.Conduct quarterly stock takes, manage non-conforming stock, and investigate discrepancies.Train and lead warehouse teams to solve operational issues and ensure efficient performance.Oversee security, maintenance, repairs, and staff leave/overtime.Assist walk-in clients, manage office supplies, and cover for Warehouse assistants when absent.Minimum Requirements:Matric certificate or equivalent.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/operations management.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in inventory management and order processing systems.Valid driver's license, ability to work under pressure, and good communication skills.Forklift license advantageous.
