Job Title: Warehouse/Operations Manager
Location: Milnerton, Cape Town
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:

Process, capture, and invoice orders.
Resolve stock issues with customer care/sales reps.
Handle back orders and coordinate with the debtors' department on overdue accounts.
Submit daily cash-ups, reconcile petty cash, handle credit notes, and manage monthly receipts (credit card, fuel).
Approve and submit invoices and ensure bank deposits.
Manage daily operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution: plan staffing, workflows, and space requirements to meet productivity standards.
Conduct quarterly stock takes, manage non-conforming stock, and investigate discrepancies.
Train and lead warehouse teams to solve operational issues and ensure efficient performance.
Oversee security, maintenance, repairs, and staff leave/overtime.
Assist walk-in clients, manage office supplies, and cover for Warehouse assistants when absent.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/operations management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management and order processing systems.
Valid driver's license, ability to work under pressure, and good communication skills.
Forklift license advantageous.
