Proficiency in QuickBooks and the full Microsoft Office suite.
Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle.

Roles and Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain stock levels to ensure adequate inventory.
Conduct routine inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies.
Develop and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
Logistics Coordination: Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods with efficiency.
Plan and oversee logistics, including transportation and delivery schedules.
Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners to streamline operations.
Warehouse Operations: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety standards.
Enhance warehouse layout and procedures to maximise productivity and efficiency.
Data Management: Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
Prepare and analyse reports to identify areas for improvement.
Utilise warehouse management software to track and report data effectively.
Customer Quotation Administration: Evaluate customer requests and provide accurate, timely quotations.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing information.
Ensure compliance with company pricing and discount policies for all quotations.
Follow up on signed delivery notes to facilitate prompt invoicing.
Fixed Asset Registry: Keep precise and up-to-date records of all fixed assets.
Payment Management: Reconcile supplier account statements.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and reimbursements before entering them into the payment sheet.
Gather missing documentation, such as proformas, invoices, and delivery notes.
Review and manage invoice payment terms.
Prepare and type payment sheets for processing.
Submit ad hoc, monthly, and 10th payment sheets to the bookkeeper for approval in a timely manner.
General Administration: Perform bank reconciliations.
Record bank transactions in QuickBooks Desktop (training will be provided if necessary).
Promptly respond to emails and take appropriate actions.
Professionally handle customer calls and inquiries.
Organise tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems.
Carry out additional administrative duties as needed.
