Our Retail Client is looking for a warehouse administrator focused on ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and management of goods to support retail operations. Maintain accurate inventory records of all stock, including new arrivals, returns, and damaged goods.
Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure stock levels are accurate.
Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.
Oversee the receiving of goods, ensuring items are accurately checked against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Organize and manage the storage of inventory in the warehouse, ensuring products are stored in their designated areas.
Coordinate the distribution of goods from the warehouse to retail stores, managing delivery schedules to ensure timely restocking.
Manage the picking, packing, and shipping of items for customer orders, both online and in-store.
Ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately, minimizing errors and delays.
Handle returns and exchanges from retail locations or customers, updating inventory records accordingly.
Maintain records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
Enter and update data in the warehouse management system (WMS) or retail software to keep inventory levels accurate.
Generate regular reports on stock levels, sales, and other key metrics for management.
Communicate regularly with retail store managers to understand inventory needs and priorities.
Coordinate with the retail team for promotions, seasonal changes, and stock adjustments.
Manage the transfer of stock between different store locations as needed.
Plan and schedule deliveries to retail stores or customers, coordinating with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Resolve any transportation issues, such as delivery delays, damages, or lost shipments.
