A challenging career opportunity exists for a hands-on administrator to assist the production team with incoming deliveries, outgoing shipments, stock control and other relevant administrative functions.Responsibilities:Process and oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders, according to the FIFO principleEnsure accurate and timely release of quality goods to customersCoordinate the receipt and timeous processing of incoming shipments on SAPVerify the accuracy of deliveries against purchase ordersMonitor and process production consumption and production inbounds on SAPMaintain accurate inventory records on SAPAssist the Supply and Ops Coordinator in monitoring stock levels of all materialsConduct regular stock audits and reconciliationsEnsure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, with goods stored properly, stacked safely, and labelled correctlyEnsure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materialsAssist with any ad hoc tasks that may be reasonably expectedRequirements:Matric (minimum requirement)Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficialSystem (ERP) knowledge – SAP will be beneficialStock / logistics and value chain knowledge / experienceBasic numerical skillsComputer literate with proven Excel skillAbility to work in a teamAttention to detailDrivers licence & own transportA market-related remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
