Pepkor Lifestyle Logistics is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Admin Clerk to join their dynamic team in the Rosslyn Distribution Centre.Job Purpose:Plan, direct and coordinate support services of the Service Centre/s to achieve the efficient and effective administration of the warehouse.Key Responsibilities:Control and monitor Service Centre administrationManage Petty Cash and invoicing as per policies and proceduresExecute Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practicesImplement and maintain compliance with relevant safety policies and proceduresImplement and maintain performance improvement initiatives and reportingDeal with customers in a customer-centric mannerMaintain recordsAdminister warehousing stock controlDemonstrate numeracy and literacy skillsExhibit SAP competencyUphold integrity and valuesShow admin orientationDisplay customer orientationLead changeExhibit emotional maturityDemonstrate personal resilienceShow a sense of urgencyEducation and Experience:Grade 12 and/or tertiary related qualification with 3+ years experience in an administrative position.Seniority Level:Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type:Full-timeJob Function:Distribution, Administrative, and Human ResourcesIndustries:Human Resources Services, Retail, and Warehousing and Storage
