Minimum Requirements : Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the family restaurant/casual dining environment. Must be able to speak fluently and be able to accurately record orders taken from clients. Must look presentable and practice good hygiene practices. Must be able to operate a POS system to record and cash up orders. Job Responsibilities: To welcome customers in warmly. To ensure the tables, glassware and cutlery are clean before presenting them to the customers. To assist customers to their requested/reserved seats. To accurately record orders and upsell items on the menu. to ensure the correct order is processed through to the kitchen/bar areas. To carefully and timeously deliver orders to the correct tables. To ensure that tables are clean of any dishes/food once customers have paid and left.
