Scope and General Purpose of Job:To serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Oubaai Hotel Golf and Spa standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the outlet and all other departments.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in similar roleMinimum Grade 12 or equivalentWilling to work shiftsAbility to adapt in fast paced environment
