Job Description

Waiter - Azure Beach Club Prompt, and courteous greeting of customersTake orders and deliver food to customers on the table in an accurate and timely mannerEnsure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectationsFollow the sequence of service standards as per brand guidelinesHave complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and make suggestive selling to customersEnsure food quality and consistency are delivered at all timesManage the setup and close down of tables within the sectionMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standardsEnsure the cleanliness and refilling of condiment sets and napkin containersCoordinating with the cashier to handle accurately order invoices and tipsKeeps all workstations and equipment as clean as possible at all timesAttend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the assigned teamPerforms other duties pertinent to this job as assigned Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced beach clubGood English communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-oriented with a positive attitude and smiling faceCooperative and self-giving team player
