Job detailsHere's how the job details align with your profile.Job typeFull-timeLocationJohannesburg, GautengFull job descriptionWage / Payroll Administrator VacancyA Marble & Granite Company is looking for a mature candidate with 7 years' experience to fulfill the duties of a wage payroll administrator.Industry: Marble & Granite ManufacturerLocation: East Rand – Kempton ParkPosition: Wage / Payroll AdministratorResponsibilitiesAccurately process and manage employee payroll data.Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime hours based on employee timesheets or attendance records.Process payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring all payments are made on time.Maintain accurate records of employee information, including tax withholding forms, benefits, and deductions.Process adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and retroactive pay.Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments to payroll procedures.Assist in generating payroll reports for management as needed.RequirementsProven experience as a payroll clerk or in a similar role.Proficiency in SAGE payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.Contact: Human Resources
