Workshop Foreman (VW Master Technician) - East Rand - Gauteng A well-established dealership in Pretoria  is seeking a Volkswagen or Audi certified Master Technician or Workshop Foreman.
Remuneration: R28 000 Basic Salary + Benefits Responsibilities:                                                              Manage and grow workshop technicians Maintain the workshop productivity standards and the workshop throughout Must set clear objectives and visions well in advance Ensure high-quality customer service is met Communicate with staff, parts department, and other departments effectively Encourage and motivate staff and professional development Implement and monitor compliance with policies and procedures Qualifications: Trade Test Certificate (Motor Mechanic) Masters Certificate / Diagnostic Certificate Volkswagen or Audi certified (non-negotiable!)
