Our client, a well-established dealership, is looking for a Certified Volkswagen Service Advisor to join their Service Department. Salary: R15 000 - R20 000 basic Responsibilities: Meet and greet customers Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP) Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system Update necessary vehicle details Prepare quotations Ensure accurate invoice payments Full vehicle handover process Customer follow ups Maintain a high CSI Requirements: Matric certificate Clear criminal record / credit record Minimum 3 years experience as a Certified VW Service Advisor Proficiency on Evolve Ability to work under pressure Outgoing and vibrant personality Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
