Vodacom Device Insurance : Outbound Sales Agent Randburg Basic + Lucrative Commission and Incentives Main purpose of the job: We are looking for dynamic, target drive, money hungry individuals who want to build a career in the call centre environment.
We offer a basic salary, plus commission and other attractive incentives.
You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through inbound and outbound telephonic sales.

You will be required to sell Vodacom Device insurance products.
Key responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and sell telephonic devices.Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince clients to accept productAbility to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objectionsBe comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targetsAbility to sell high volumes of policies whilst ensuring call of high qualityAbility to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonicallyCommit to meeting productivity statsMinimum Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years telesales experienceMS Office literateExcellent communication both verbal and writtenInsurance knowledge and experience (Non-Negotiable)FAIS fit and properGrade 12 /MatricCriminal ClearWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 8h00 to 18h002 Compulsory Saturdays in a month.
