Employer DescriptionOur client is a plastic manufacturer.Job DescriptionReporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Reading diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.Installing stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment (Extruder Line, Granulators, Injection Moulding machine) according to layout plans using hand and power tools.Operating machine tools to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machineries.Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions.Inspect heating system of Extruders & Injection moulding machines.Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.Commissioning/De-commissioning of machines.QualificationsMillwright Trade Test (Red Seal)SkillsMinimum work experience of 5 yearsExperience on PLC programming and troubleshooting: 2-3 years (Siemens)
