Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for the following:
Ensuring adherence with cashflow and programme.Managing consultants and contractor appointments and performance.Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC.Professional review of Mechanical and Fire Stage Reports.Site inspections to make sure that the mechanical and fire installations are according to drawings and Regulations.Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed.QualificationsBEng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.Professional registration with ECSA (essential)SkillsMinimum experience: 5 yearsExperience in the Construction Industry.Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, consultants appointments.Knowledge of JBCC and NECExperience in Project/Programme Management is a bonus.BenefitsProvident fund
