Job Description You will be responsible for the following:
Maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment.Accept the responsibility of being the legally appointed GMR 2.1 representative for the site.Improve production efficiency through maintenance activities.Initiate and execute routine preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks, general repairs and plans.Work with the factory manager to effectively manage site maintenance, maintenance planning as well as continuous improvement projects.Responsible for all mechanical and electrical repairs to equipment and machinery with the assistance of subordinates.Responsible for keeping records of all maintenance activities.Implement effective housekeeping and safety policies and practices.Perform stand-by duties when required. Qualifications Millwright (Red Seal) with Trade Test qualificationMechanical or Electrical Engineering N5 as a minimumQualifications in Occupational Health and Safety will be advantageous Salary: RR240k-R420k p/a
