Design and Execute Displays: Design and oversee the execution of in-store displays, and product placements to drive customer interest and optimise sales performance. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and store management teams to ensure visual merchandising aligns with promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Analyse Sales Data: Monitor and analyse sales data to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts.
Make data-driven recommendations to optimise displays and improve sales performance. Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual merchandising efforts maintain brand consistency and adhere to company guidelines and standards. Training and Development: Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices to ensure consistent execution across all retail locations. Manage Visual Merchandising Budgets: Oversee and manage the visual merchandising budget, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively. Stay Updated with Trends: Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to visual merchandising. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail tech or consumer electronics industry.
Skills: Strong creative and design skills with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
