Job Description Job responsibility including but not limited to: Ensure you up to date with current Fashion trends and styling techniques so you can anticipate your customer needs.Share, inspire and educate team on seasonal trend information.Ensure your visual team follows up the Visual Identity through the implementation of the Commercial Handbook. Ensure you have well-styled GTL mannequins in windows and in store and make sure garment presentation is in line with the concept ID.Follow up, evaluate and give feedback on sales KPI's to the management team.Evaluate and develop the visual and commercial skills of the visuals and store teams.
