Stay up to date with industry best practices and innovate new approaches to enhance ACDC Express's brand image.Plan and execute, with other respective departments, mock-ups and final promotion displays for national role outs. Create and maintain detailed project plans, including spreadsheets and progress trackers, ensuring all tasks are updated daily or weekly as needed.Oversee the planning and execution of in-store promotions in collaboration with the Marketing team, including creating and approving mock-ups.Conduct regular store visits using checklists to evaluate merchandising execution, product performance, and compliance with brand standards.Manage the development, production, requirement, requests and distribution of signage for all stores, including specialty displays e.g.
solar and lighting boards.Compile and distribute clear visual merchandising communications to stores, including implementation guidelines and feedback presentations.Act as the primary point of contact for stores regarding visual merchandising queries and support needs.Track, analyze, and report on the performance and installation of brand initiatives and campaigns, utilizing metrics to assess brand health.
