Key Responsibilities:

Visual Storytelling: Develop and execute eye-catching visual displays that align with MARKHAM's brand identity and current fashion trends.
Store Presentation: Ensure all stores maintain high visual merchandising standards, enhancing customer experience and driving sales.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to implement seasonal campaigns and promotional displays.
Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the latest fashion trends and consumer behavior to inform visual merchandising strategies.
Training & Development: Mentor store teams on visual merchandising best practices, ensuring consistency across all locations.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize in-store displays and drive performance.

Requirements:

Matric
2+ years in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion retail sector.
Strong eye for design and the ability to translate fashion trends into impactful visual displays.
Excellent ability to collaborate with various teams and clearly articulate visual concepts.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to respond to changing trends and business needs.
