Visibility Planner

This unique role sometimes goes by Demand & Supply Planner for Point-of-Sale Material in other companies and, at Red Bull, is housed in our Demand Planning team.Your role will involve planning, ordering, importing, storing, and distributing all Red Bull visibility products in alignment with global purchasing processes and strategies, while supporting all domestic event requirements. You will assist in forecasting budget requirements, analyzing and reporting on the financial impact of demand, and providing feedback to key stakeholders on the best ways forward.You will need to reconcile all systems on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy across SAP and 3PL systems. You will manage the entire lifecycle of all Visit/POSM products, particularly coolers, ensuring that orders, placements, repairs, and maintenance are completed on time, in full, and within budget. You will be responsible for maintaining all Visit master data and standard costing.Additionally, you will own, drive, and improve the entire Visit S&OP process, ensuring it is collaborative and robust. This role will also support the finished goods supply chain when needed and drive all co-packing requirements.
