Prepare and organize recruitment-related documents, presentations, and reports.
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries from clients and candidates promptly.
Recruitment Assistance: Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and CRM systems.
Data Management: Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and reports.
Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation.
Social Media & Marketing: Assist in managing the companys social media presence and create engaging content.
Support the marketing team in email campaigns and newsletters.
Customer Support: Provide support to clients and candidates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the recruitment industry or HR-related roles.
Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
