Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:Source and maintain a selection of luxury villas for our inventory.Client-Specific Sourcing:Identify and secure properties tailored to specific client requests.Client Services:Provide outstanding service and support to clients throughout their stay.Client Communication:Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients.Marketing Input:Contribute to marketing efforts by showcasing available properties.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.Concierge Services:Offer personalised concierge services to enhance client experiences.Database Management:Organise and expand our property and client databases.Revenue Growth:Develop strategies to increase departmental revenue.
