Villa Manager / Relief Lodge Manager - Luxury Establishment - Eastern Cape

Our client, situated in the heart of the Eastern Cape, is renowned for offering an unparalleled luxury lodge experience. They are currently on the lookout for a Villa Manager / Relief Lodge Manager who can seamlessly integrate into their team and elevate their guest experience to new heights.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury lodge operations, including exceptional food and beverage knowledge. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a dedicated team, ensuring every guest experiences the highest level of hospitality and service.

Key responsibilities include:Overseeing daily lodge operations.Managing a team of dedicated staff.Ensuring excellent food and beverage service.Hosting and interacting with guests to enhance their stay.Maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.Performing split shifts as required. Minimum Requirements:Proven experience in managing luxury lodges.Strong food and beverage knowledge.Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.Excellent hosting and hospitality skills.Young, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.Willingness to perform split shifts daily.Between 1 - 3 Years of experience required.
