Kasper is growing fast, and we're seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. This is a unique chance to become part of a young and dynamic company, where you'll play an integral role in our growth journey.
What you will be doing:
Collaborating closely with our creative project manager to interpret client briefs and deliver engaging video content.
Learning and adapting to each client's branding, style, and overall messaging goals.
Creating and editing video assets, including social media ads, product videos, branded content, and UGC-style videos.
Working across a variety of clients and industries, ensuring brand consistency while bringing fresh, creative ideas.
Supporting Kasper with our own creative social content and marketing materials.
What we expect you to be / to have:
3-5 years of professional experience in video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
Strong storytelling skills, with a keen eye for visuals, timing, and composition.
A 'roll your sleeves up' approach and readiness to work in a small, fast-paced team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with great time management and organizational skills.
Fluency in English.
