Use application code: JAZZHR PERKS & BENEFITS:Salary: $4 USD/hourPaid Time OffHealth and dental insurancePerformance and recognition incentivesFull-time, long-term, work from home!We're growing fast, which means more chances of advancement!Work with a collaborative team and environment!RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts from start to finish, including ideation, design, and final production in alignment with the brand's vision, guidelines, and strategy.Produce and edit high-quality images, graphics, and videos for various marketing channels, including the brand's website, social media, ads, email marketing, etc.Maintain an organized file system and adhere to version control best practices.Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for design improvements and optimizations, and provide creative input and design direction on marketing campaigns and projects.REQUIREMENTS:Required: 1+ years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing.A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is a plus.Proficient in any of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Klayvio, and/or Canva.Strong portfolio showcasing E-Commerce design expertise.Knowledge of best practices in HTML, CSS, and web design is a plus.INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection is required (20 Mbps minimum).A backup internet connection is required (For backup internet, the required speed should be at least 10 Mbps)** HOW TO APPLY **
