Vice President, Public Sector, Client Coverage Job Overview Business Segment: Corporate & Investment Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To manage and grow a portfolio of clients and internal relationships across the end to end client engagement value chain, ensuring the clients' needs are fulfilled while managing risk, delivering exceptional client experience, and contributing towards achieving the defined revenue targets. Act as a trusted advisor, influencing timelines, expectations, and proactively negotiating across departments and coordinating the origination and execution of client-centric solutions.
Qualifications Degree in Business Commerce (Finance / Accounting)Post Graduate in Business Commerce (Finance / Accounting)Experience Required 5 - 7 years demonstrated & seasoned experience in the Public Sector regulatory framework5 - 7 years demonstrated track record in conducting, collating and reviewing detailed financial and/or valuation analysis for use in client engagements.5 - 7 years demonstrated experience and advanced understanding of the Client Coverage capabilities, and a growing understanding of the overall CIB franchise and the competitive environment.5 - 7 years demonstrated and proficient experience in working across functional teams (across product & bank wide) to drive client-centric solutions, grow portfolio revenue, and deliver comprehensive client experience.5 - 7 years experience in risk management and fulfilling the role of 'first line of defense.'5 - 7 years experience in the Credit Risk Framework within a CIB franchise5 - 7 years experience leading client engagements at senior management and C-Suite levelAdditional Information Business Development and OriginationClient Knowledge and RetentionClient Servicing and Relationship ManagementPlease note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
