About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Vice President, Student Engagement. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will provide strategic direction and oversight to our admissions and student engagement organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic student lifecycle policies and initiatives to drive student outcomes and business goals.Collaborate with business unit General Managers and department heads to formulate policy and strategy.Manage university relationships and ensure alignment with key business initiatives.Identify internal and external forces impacting the student lifecycle and develop innovative solutions to improve student outcomes.RequirementsMinimum 8+ years of experience leading and motivating teams across multiple channels/lines of business.Proven ability to lead teams across functions and stakeholders, with staff in multiple locations.Graduate-level degree preferred.Demonstrated expertise in business concepts, practices, and procedures.Proven ability to develop, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
