This role involves developing and executing strategies to boost sales, expand market presence, and enhance profitability.Key Responsibilities:Revenue Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.Lead annual and quarterly revenue target setting, forecasting, and budgeting.Identify new market opportunities and spearhead expansion initiatives.Sales Management:Oversee the sales team, establish performance goals, and ensure sales targets are met.Implement sales processes and best practices to improve efficiency and results.Foster relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.Marketing Leadership:Direct the marketing team in creating and executing integrated marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and generate leads.Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy.Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.Revenue Operations:Streamline revenue operations to enhance productivity and data accuracy.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate revenue-generating activities.Collaborate with the CFO on accurate revenue forecasting, reporting, and analysis.Customer Experience and Retention:Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Develop customer success programs to maximize product and service value.Address feedback to continuously enhance the customer experience.Leadership and Team Management:Lead the Marketing and Sales teams, promoting professional growth and accountability.Act as an advisor to the CEO and executive team on revenue matters.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.Cross-functional Collaboration:Align revenue strategies with business objectives through collaboration with other executives.Partner with Product Development and Finance teams to support launches, pricing, and planning.Drive initiatives contributing to overall business growth.Qualifications:Relevant degree in Engineering or Business.15+ years in sales, with 10+ years in the space domain.Self-motivated, innovative, and a team player.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Customer-focused with persuasive and influential abilities.Resilient, resourceful, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Language: English
