This is an exceptional opportunity to drive innovation and growth in the retail media and experiential industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a go-to-market strategy for vertical sales and product roadmap narratives, strategies, and products to support the sales team in acquiring new partnerships, monetizing existing partnerships, and generating new revenue channels.Lead and manage a Director of Business Development and Innovation as a strategic partner, inspiring and collaborating with them to drive business growth and innovation.Develop deep and comprehensive market and industry understanding and competitive analysis by understanding trends and insights across the market, with a special focus on media/experiential/sponsorship innovation and other properties/transit locations.Collaborate with the Sales team to better understand needs, opportunities, market feedback, etc. to build out vertical narratives and partner with them to roll out new vertical narratives and opportunities.Develop and manage a roadmap of vertical narrative rollout and product development requests/needs/opportunities to ensure key milestones are hit on time.Look for ways to constantly be developing new capabilities and innovations to maximize the opportunities Westfield Rise launches in market, working with the SVP, Tech Team, and Operations to move from ideation to pilot and execution phases for new capabilities.Support the Sales team with strategic RFP opportunities to maximize revenue growth and sell-through rates.RequirementsVisionary Leader: You can rally others around a shared mindset, love celebrating wins, and encourage diverse and bold thinking.Disruptor: You thrive on challenging the status quo, divine future trends, and create and execute breakthrough strategies that keep the business at the forefront of the industry.Customer-Centric: You understand client needs and the consumer's needs and are able to closely align opportunities to create a solution that clients and consumers cannot live without.Problem Solver: You have a demonstrable record of solving difficult problems using a mixture of wisdom, institutional knowledge, and analysis.Minimum of fifteen years' experience working in Marketing, Media, and Partnerships.Highly experienced in building go-to-market strategy and narratives, supporting sales organizations or marketing teams.Proven success driving innovation through business development, product innovation, and new partnerships to drive revenue.History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment.Reputation for being able to make informed and sound decisions that propel the business forward.Able to leverage key industry relationships to uncover new product and revenue opportunities.Experience working with cross-functional teams to build new product solutions.Exceptional PowerPoint abilities.Outstanding written and oral presentation skills.Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.Four-year college degree.What We OfferExempt salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 + discretionary annual bonus.
