About the Role
We're seeking a visionary leader to join our Westfield Rise team as Vice President of Business Development and Innovation. This role will play a key lead role in developing and implementing an innovative go-to-market strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and drive vertical sales strategies to showcase how advertisers can partner with Westfield Rise to drive more impact and engagement for their brand.
Identify and develop sponsorship opportunities for verticals to integrate into Westfield locations, working closely with design and development teams to factor in ideas and needs.
Integrate rich data and insights to support vertical narratives and drive business decisions.
Collaborate with the sales team to better understand needs, opportunities, and market feedback to build out vertical narratives and opportunities.
Develop and manage a project development roadmap to ensure key milestones are hit on time and drive business growth.
Look for ways to constantly innovate and develop new capabilities to maximize opportunities and drive revenue.
Support the sales team with strategic RFP opportunities to maximize revenue growth and sell-through rates.
Lead and manage a Director of Business Development and Innovation as a strategic partner.
Develop deep and comprehensive market and industry understanding through competitive analysis and trend identification.

Minimum of fifteen years' experience working in Marketing, Media, and Partnerships.
Highly experienced in building go-to-market strategy and narratives, supporting sales organizations or marketing teams.
Proven success driving innovation through business development, product innovation, and new partnerships to drive revenue.
History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment.
Reputation for being able to make informed and sound decisions that propel the business forward.
Able to leverage key industry relationships to uncover new product and revenue opportunities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to build new product solutions.
Exceptional PowerPoint abilities.
Outstanding written and oral presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Four-year college degree.

Compensation
Exempt
$200,000 – $250,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus
