Vice President – Business Development - Cape Town, South Africa - Unibail-Rodamco-WestfieldJoin Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) to disrupt retail media & experiential industry with innovative go-to-market strategies.Develop and drive vertical industry strategies and go-to-market narratives to showcase how advertisers in each vertical can partner with Westfield Rise to drive more impact and engagement for their brand.Key Responsibilities:Develop thoughtful sponsorship opportunities for verticals to integrate into Westfield locations.Integrate rich data and insights to support vertical narratives.Collaborate with the Sales team to better understand needs, opportunities, market feedback, etc. to build out the vertical narratives.Develop and manage roadmap of vertical narrative rollout and product development requests/needs/opportunities.Look for ways to constantly be developing new capabilities and innovations to maximize the opportunities Westfield Rise launches in market.Requirements:Visionary Leader: Rally others around a shared mindset, celebrate wins, and encourage diverse thinking.Disruptor: Challenge the status quo, divine future trends, and create breakthrough strategies.Customer-Centric: Understand client and consumer needs, and align opportunities to create solutions.Problem Solver: Solve difficult problems using wisdom, institutional knowledge, and analysis.Requires minimum 15 years' experience in Marketing, Media, and Partnerships, with experience in building go-to-market strategy and narratives, driving innovation, and leveraging key industry relationships to uncover new product and revenue opportunities.
