Manage complex claims until completion within given Delegated Authorities.Act as a skilled, hard-working individual, going the extra mile for customers.Communicate daily with customers through various mediums.Liaise with Claims Assessors to ensure all claim decisions are accurate and timely.Provide technical support and an escalation point for the Client Services Team with urgent/emergency veterinary and policy coverage-related questions.Assist in delivering the optimum GapOnly service by assessing claims in real-time and collaborating with clinic staff and colleagues as needed.Qualifications:Qualified Veterinary Nurse with exceptional interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of veterinary care.Empathy and passion for animals.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.Between 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience.
