As a Claims Advisor, you'll:Use your veterinary nursing expertise to make accurate and informed claims decisions.Provide exceptional support to pet parents, ensuring a seamless and positive claims process.Manage complex claims from start to finish with care and precision.Communicate claim outcomes clearly to customers, vets, and clinics across all communication channels.Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient and correct claims decisions.Contribute to the innovative GapOnly service by assessing claims in real-time and liaising with veterinary clinics.Share your technical knowledge to support other areas of the business.Qualifications:Qualifications in Veterinary Nursing.A passion for pets—either as a pet parent or advocate.Clinical experience in veterinary care.Alignment with our mission to ease the worries of pet ownership.A track record of meeting and exceeding performance expectations.Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.Between 3 - 5 Years of experience.
