Job Description As a successful Veterinary Clinic Manager will have the following responsibilities:You will ensure the smooth operation of the clinic on a daily basisTogether with the team, you set out the medical vision of the practice and adjust the quality where necessaryWatch over the customer's sense of welcome. You delegate tasks to the team to ensure this optimal serviceYou are responsible for the management and coaching of the staff, paying attention to individual questions or feelings.
