Verhoudingsbestuurder (Agri) Ons kliënt is n gevestigde speler in die landbousektor met dekades se ondervinding. Verantwoordelikhede: Bemarking van finansieringsprodukte; Hantering van kredietaansoeke; Hantering van rekeningnavrae; Kliëntediens in die bemarkingsgebied en bestuur van kliënte se finansierings-verwante sake; Monitering van oeste en saamstel van oesverslae; Bestuur, rapporteer en invordering van agterstallige rekeninge; Instandhouding en groei van die finansieringsboek in die bemarkingsgebied; Handhawing en bestuur van goeie interne verhoudings; Opstel van kontantvloeibegrotings en -ontleding/interpretasie van finansiële state van kliënte; Bywoning van inligtingsdae. Vaardighede, Kwalifikasies en Algemene Vereistes: Graad 12 kwalifikasie; Geldige bestuurslisensie; Afrikaans- en Engelsmagtig; Rekenaarvaardig en kennis van die MS Office pakket; n Tersiêre kwalifikasie sal voorkeur geniet; 2 - 3 jaar finansieringsbemarkingsondervinding; Ingesteldheid op dienslewering en bemarkingsvaardighede; Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede asook goeie menseverhoudinge; Basiese begrip van die ekonomiese en sosiale aspekte van landbou, insluitend marktendense, bestuurspraktyke en beleide wat die bedryf kan beïnvloed; Algemene insig rakende die Landbou. Hierdie posisie bied n dinamiese kans om verhoudings binne die landboubedryf te bou en te bestuur, en om by te dra tot die sukses en volhoubaarheid van die boerderygemeenskap. Relationship Manager (Agri) Our client is an established player in the agricultural sector with decades of experience. As a leading provider of financial solutions, they aim to build valuable relationships with their clients, fostering further growth and sustainability in the industry. Salary: R30,000 R65,000 (Depending on experience) Benefits: Bonus Location: Lydenburg The successful candidate will report to the Business Manager. Responsibilities: Marketing of financing products; Handling credit applications; Managing account queries; Client service within the marketing area and managing clients' financing-related matters; Monitoring crops and compiling crop reports; Managing, reporting, and collecting overdue accounts; Maintaining and growing the financing book within the marketing area; Maintaining and managing good internal relationships; Preparing cash flow budgets and analyzing/interpreting clients' financial statements; Attending information days. Skills, Qualifications, and General Requirements: Grade 12 qualification; Valid drivers license; Proficiency in Afrikaans and English; Computer literacy and knowledge of the MS Office package; A tertiary qualification will be an advantage; 2 - 3 years of experience in financing marketing; Service delivery orientation and marketing skills; Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal relationships; Basic understanding of the economic and social aspects of agriculture, including market trends, management practices, and policies affecting the industry; General insight into the agricultural sector.
