Come and experience a company that reinvents itself every day and immerse yourself in an environment that is fast-paced, expanding, and continuously inventing new efficiencies to offer great opportunities for our customers and for you!Key Job ResponsibilitiesBuild long-term strategic partnerships with vendors.Add relevant selection, manage profitability, optimize pricing, and scale vendors within Amazon.Work autonomously in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and ambiguous environment.Possess strong project delivery, commercial negotiations, and relationship management skills.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Finance, marketing, marketplace, legal, supply chain, operations, among others).BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree.5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting experience with negotiations and delivering results.Knowledge of Excel and extracting data through varied reporting tools to drive and influence business decisions.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSCross-functional experience, especially in finance, marketing, or supply chain.Track record of delivering results and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer, and we value your passion to discover, invent, simplify, and build.
