About the job Venda Speaking Customer Service AdvisorOur client based in Sandton is seeking a Venda Speaking Customer Service Advisor.The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs, delivering first-class customer service to increase the profitability of the business while remaining committed to treating customers fairly. This involves speaking directly with clients via an inbound line and providing responses to general contract and transactional inquiries.Experience:Minimum of 12 months unbroken inbound call centre experienceExperience in healthcare, insurance, financial, or administration industry and knowledge of relevant legislative environment is highly desirable (advantageous)Requirements:Passed Grade 12Fluent in Venda (Read, Write, Speak)Proficient in MS Office Suite applicationsClear Criminal RecordAvailable immediatelyFixed Term ContractOwn transport (Advantage)Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Answer calls and respond to customer requestsProvide customers with product and service informationIdentify, research, and resolve customer issues using the in-house operating systemComplete call logs and reportsAssist irate members and escalate when required to senior agents/team leaderEnsure own productivity levels are maintained, and quality standards are met at all timesPerform daily administrative functions and accurately capture required information to various CRM systemsAdhere to and support Company policies and practicesEnsure that cases are reviewed and actionedMonitor Average Handling Time in line with standardsAdhere to work schedule/occupancy and monitor workflowEnsure that SLA is adhered to and cases are completed within agreed SLA timesMaintain customer quality according to set standards and business processesEnsure full compliance with business processes, legislation, and standard operating proceduresCommunicate effectively with all levels in an organization (verbal and written)Be solution-drivenExhibit excellent problem-solving and accuracy skillsBe a self-starter, motivated, take initiative, and work independentlyBe confident in operating in a dynamic environmentDemonstrate flexibility and agilityAdapt to different situations as they arise (adaptive thinking)Collaborate effectively in a team environmentPrioritize deliverables and workload accordingly (good organizational skills)Salary and working hours:Salary: R9000Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00Office Location:Surgo (Pty) Ltd will consider all applications in terms of its Employment Equity (EE) and is committed to maintaining diversity in its appointments.
