We are looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk to join our service department at a vehicle dealership . Duties: Collaborating with Managers and Technicians to fulfill warranty requirements Solving warranty issues and addressing customer concerns Monitoring and reporting on defective products Maintaining detailed records of customer information and warranty reports Requirements: Proven experience as a Warranty Clerk within a service department Experience working in a vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand Strong attention to detail , focus, and excellent communication skills Familiarity with motor industry systems such as Kerridge , Autoline , etc. Motor industry experience is essential Grade 12 qualification Clear criminal record
