We are looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk to join our service department at a vehicle dealership.Duties:Collaborating with Managers and Technicians to fulfill warranty requirementsSolving warranty issues and addressing customer concernsMonitoring and reporting on defective productsMaintaining detailed records of customer information and warranty reportsRequirements:Proven experience as a Warranty Clerk within a service departmentExperience working in a vehicle dealership and with a corporate brandStrong attention to detail, focus, and excellent communication skillsFamiliarity with motor industry systems such as Kerridge, Autoline, etc.Motor industry experience is essentialGrade 12 qualificationClear criminal record
