Vehicle Tracking Techician

Key Responsibilities: Installations:Ensure installations are done according to company standards and policies.Strive to give the best service and in a timely fashion.All jobs get tested and completed before closing of job card.Quality Control:Ensure constant adherence to quality as well as to identify and report quality concerns with regards to installations and workmanship.Customer Care:Professionally liaising with clients on-site.Conduct yourself in a manner that represents the company ethos.Technical Support:Excellent knowledge of hardware diagrams and understanding of automotive electronics.Be able to make changes in the field based on requirements.Administrative dutiesComplete job cards in detail and close them in a timely fashion.Communicate with the coordinating team on updates and challenges.Qualifications and Skills:Matric or Technical Equivalent.National Technical Certificate in Automotive Electronics  Electronics/Motor Mechanic. (Advantageous)Must have good knowledge of vehicle electrical systemsMust have a minimum of 3 years experience in installations with regards to vehicle tracking.Fleet management products in various vehicle and asset types.No criminal records.Must have a good working track record.Medically fit as you will be required to travel and work in the mining industry.Must be prepared to work after hours and weekends.Must have a valid driver's license.Computer literate.
