Vehicle Stock Controller

Key Responsibilities:Ensure all vehicle requirements are met for sales and deliveries.Oversee the process of bringing new and used vehicles into stock, ensuring accurate records.Ensure vehicles are PDI-ed, reconditioned, fitted with accessories, photographed, and valeted for the sales floor or delivery.Maintain detailed records of all vehicles.Collaborate effectively with the sales team, workshop, and service providers.Manage the vehicle readiness process from preparation to delivery.Spend a significant portion of time (90%) driving, moving, and preparing vehicles.Requirements:Grade 12 certificate.Valid Code 8 (EB) drivers license.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience in the motor vehicle industry at a dealership level as a Stock ControllerStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent customer relations skills and a team player attitude.Medically fit with no criminal record.Must reside in or near the East Rand.Own transport is essential due to early and late working hours.Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
