Vehicle Stock Controller

My client, a reputable Vehicle Dealership, based in Pretoria, is looking for a Vehicle Stock Controller to join their team.Salary:R22 000 - R30 000Requirements:MUST reside in Pretoria. No other area will be considered!2 years + in a similar roleMust have high volume dealership experienceResponsibilities:Manual stock takes of all vehicles Updating and maintaining of stock sheet every dayMonitor and control vehicles together with keys delivered to or releasedInput accurate vehicle information into the system for each vehicle received and or releasedAccurately account for all vehicles, match the checks to the information provided on the system : i.e. account number, Vehicle Identification number (VIN), make, model, year, mileage, colour, extras, etc.Examining vehicles for any damages or service requirementsManaging supplier orders and payment requisitions Updating vehicles service histories and mileage regularlyEnsure that vehicles on the dealership floor are kept clean and neatly displayedPerform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisorProvide continuous progress report feedback to the sales team and managementPlease note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
