Vehicle Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team in Witbank.Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and service department.Schedule and manage vehicle service appointments.Conduct vehicle check-ins, noting service needs and customer concerns.Keep customers informed on service progress and any additional work required.Provide accurate cost and time estimates for vehicle repairs.Handle invoicing and follow-up on customer satisfaction after service completion.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a service advisor role or similar position.Strong customer service and communication skills.Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.Valid South African Driver's License.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Company benefits.
