Position: Vehicle Sales Manager Industry: AutomotiveLocation: Queenstown Eastern Cape Salary: Market Related Plus other Benefits MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 5+ years experience as Vehicle Sales Manager in a high-volume dealership.Autobid Dealership program.Senior CertificateValid South African Drivers License.Ability to manage total financial and budgeting aspect of the department ( E.g. Forecasting OEM, Reporting to OEM, Rebate Management, Floor Plan Management)Fluent in both Afrikaans and English. SKILLS:Valuations of trade in vehicles.Excellent communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.High Level of motivation, initiative, and integrity. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Must be able to perform various tasks such as:Stock Control, including OEM reporting and floorplan management.Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales target (20 to 30 units delivered)Maintain and grow fleet customer basis.Target new customer relationships and deliver an efficient and effective service internal to both internal and external clients.Adhere to company standards and mange prescribed work processes.Think outside the box when it comes to marketing and selling vehicles .
