Our client currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Vehicle Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Edenvale, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized vehicle recommendations.Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our new and pre-owned inventory, including features, specifications, and benefits.Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.Trade-In Evaluations: Assess and appraise trade-in vehicles, providing fair and accurate valuations.Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with potential and existing customers, following up on leads and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts and financing arrangements, accurately and efficiently.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve dealership sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably with both new and pre-owned vehicles.
