Are you an experienced automotive sales professional with strong leadership skills? We're looking for a Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team in Witbank/Middleburg.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sales team and oversee the daily operations of the new vehicle department.
Set sales goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Apply policies and procedures, and manage business operations, marketing, financial analysis, and customer handling.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the used car market and dealership operations to drive sales performance.
Analyze data, make informed decisions, and ensure the success of the department.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
Requirements:

Relevant Marketing Qualification.
Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with the ability to manage teams and operations effectively.
