Job Duties: Managing vehicle rental reservations and bookings Assisting customers with vehicle selection and rental agreements Handling administrative tasks related to vehicle rentals Processing payments and managing rental contracts Ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and serviced Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and the ability to multitask Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
