Vehicle Parts Sales Executive - Jhb North - GautengReference: CAW005425-KdW-1Duties & ResponsibilitiesOur Client in the Motor Industry is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join their team.Requirements:Proven experience in Automotive Parts SalesStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesKnowledge of automotive parts and accessoriesCustomer-focused with a passion for exceeding targetsGrade 12Computer LiterateResponsibilities (but not limited to):Service existing clientsParts sourcingAssist Service Department with parts request ordersAssist with telephonic queries and parts salesAssist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to partsProvide best customer serviceHandle customer complaintsReceive & log stock into inventoryNotify service department when parts / back ordered have been receivedMaintain parts department neat and tidyPlease note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
